Grand Canyon Chamber Board seeking nominees
Staff Report
Grand Canyon News

TUSAYAN - The Grand Canyon Chamber of Commerce Executive Board is seeking nominees for four seats on the board. Nominees must be received by Nov. 15. The election by mail only will be held in December.

The Chamber's Executive Board consists of nine members. Terms of office are two years, and an election is held annually to elect a portion of the board, according to Executive Director Craig Andresen.

Nominees must represent a Grand Canyon or Tusayan business. The business must be a full-fledged member of the chamber in good standing and only one person per business is allowed to serve on the board at one time. Nominees must include a short biography of the potential candidate. All candidates must confirm they are willing and able to serve on the board and must sign a statement of willingness to serve. Statements are available at the chamber's office across the street from the Imax, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
